News Tech: The 15th annual iPhone Photography Awards competition’s winners have been revealed. The Kid of Mosul, an image by Italian photographer Antonio Denti that depicts a poignant moment in the dusty remains of conflict and was taken using an iPhone 11, won the Grand Prize this year.

Anti-social Distancing, Shot on iPhone 12 Pro Second Place was awarded to Kelley Dallas of United States and his image Girl with the Violin.
Top-three winners in an additional 16 categories were awarded to photographers, from all over the world, with jury member Whitney Van Nes describing the finalists as sublime and beautiful. “This year’s winning photographers share a strength of spirit in the face of our unnerving world. Congratulations to all the winners and your awareness in the moment that life is happening,” she said.
