AnTuTu scores for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max indicate a 19% improvement over their predecessors

News Tech: The AnTuTu scores for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max have been released, showing an overall performance improvement of 19% compared to the previous generation iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. The Pro models are his two handsets of the latest Apple flagships powered by the A16 Bionic SoC. His other two models, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, have slightly faster GPUs than last year’s A15 Bionic. According to the AnTuTu results shared by Weibo’s benchmarking platform, the iPhone 14 Pro scored 9,78,147 points and the iPhone 14 Pro Max scored 9,72,936 points.

At its Far Out announcement event, Apple said that its new A16 Bionic SoC, which is home-made, has two high-performance cores and four of his high-efficiency cores. The new 6-core CPU is said to be up to 40% faster than the competition. The A16 Bionic SoC also features an accelerated 5-core GPU with 50% more memory bandwidth. It has a new 16-core neural engine that is said to be capable of about 17 trillion operations per second.

According to the platform, both are top-of-the-line models with 6 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage. These values ​​represent an overall performance improvement of 18.8%. The iPhone 14 Pro scored 2,46,572 points for CPU performance and 4,08,723 points for GPU performance. Similarly, the iPhone 14 Pro Max scored 2,41,999 points for CPU and 4,03,717 points for GPU performance. The platform claims a 17% increase in CPU performance and a 28% increase in GPU performance.

Additionally, Apple says the CPU, GPU, neural engine, and image signal processor will work together to support the new camera hardware, performing up to 4 trillion operations per photo. According to the AnTuTu list, iPad Pro 5 (12.9 inch) has the highest score of 12.04.920, followed by iPad Pro 5 (11 inch) and iPad Air 5 on the iOS list. In the Android category, the ROG Phone 6 with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC received the highest score of 11.10.172, making it the most powerful smartphone on the AnTuTu list.
