2021 CIO, CISO, and Other Government Technology Job Shifts

News Tech: Throughout the year, Government Technology and Techwire track chief information officers, data officers, information security officers, and others as they enter and exit state, county, and city government agencies across the country. Gov. Gavin Newsom has announced his two tech appointments, appointing Liana Bailey-Crimmins as California’s chief technology officer and Rick Her Crow as the state’s chief technology and innovation officer.
