Syracuse, N.Y. — CenterState CEO reached a deal with Syracuse lawmakers this week to move ahead with the expansion of its business incubator, the Tech Garden, without the profit-sharing agreement desired by some Common Councilors.
The deal involves a shorter lease than originally planned and a promise from CenterState to make new money available to companies that keep their businesses in the city.
