Bi-County Health Dept. offering walk-in vaccine clinics for those 65+

(WSIL) — In a continued effort to vaccinate those who are 65 years of age and older, Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department will be offering the opportunity for walk-in vaccinations at every mass vaccination clinic site for this population only.

No appointment is needed. You must be a resident and/ or work in Franklin or Williamson county for this walk-in service.

Information for the 65 years of age and older population:

If you received MODERNA, please make sure it has been at least 28 days AFTER your first dose.If you received PFIZER, please make sure it has been at least 21 days AFTER your first dose.If you have an appointment scheduled for the future, Bi-County staff can cancel your appointment at the clinics if you are unable to.

Mass vaccinations clinics are held:

Tuesdays: The Pavilion (Marion, IL) 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. with last walk-in at 3:00.Wednesdays: The Pavilion (Marion, IL) 7:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. with last walk-in at 5:00 p.m.Thursdays: VF Factory Outlet Store (West Frankfort, IL) 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. with last walk-in at 3:00p.m.
