Airports Council International – Latin America and the Caribbean (ACI-LAC) announces that Belo Horizonte International Airport has received the Airport Health Accreditation (AHA) program certification, given to ACI member airports of all sizes worldwide, that adopt the health protocols proposed by the ACI Business Restart and Recover guidelines and are aligned with the recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Aviation Recovery Task Force (CART).
Belo Horizonte International Airport, an ACI member for 6 years, after going through a thorough evaluation process, presented evidence that it complies with the sanitary measures established by ACI and ICAO providing a safe experience for all passengers, visitors and the airport community in general. The terminal’s certification is valid for the next 12 months.
