Accounting and finance firms increased customer email engagement by 53% this tax season.

News Tech: During the 2022 tax season, ActiveCampaign, a market leader in customer experience automation (CXA), assisted several businesses with a focus on taxes in increasing customer engagement. In comparison to tax season 2021, accounting and financial companies used ActiveCampaign CXA to send an average of 45% more emails and boost client email engagement by an average of 53%. In addition to the pandemic, Louisiana experienced four significant hurricanes over the course of the previous two years, leading to a record number of emergency regulatory and tax proclamations that had an immediate effect on the members of the Society of Louisiana CPAs as well as the taxpayers and businesses they support.
